At Oink we want to make sure our customers are completely happy with their purchases.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we are here to help you with that.
O1. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an order on ww.oinkshopping.com and we have not sent it out, yet you can cancel it. You must do this within 24 hours of placing the order.
To cancel your order, you can do one or two things:• Contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID or email us at [Email ID].
• Our team will help you with cancelling your order.
O2. Replacement
We can replace some items if you are not happy with them. You have to ask for a replacement within 7 days of getting the product unless we say something
If you want to replace a product you can:• go to the Order History section in your account. Ask for a replacement or contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID.
• Our team will check if you can get a replacement. Then we will do it.
O3. Pickup and Charges
We might send someone to pick up the product from your home.
We might charge you for this. Take it out of your refund.
If you did not have to pay for delivery when you bought the product we will not charge you for pickup.
O4. Important Conditions for Replacement
The product must be like new, not used or opened and still in its packaging All the tags, accessories and manuals must be and not damaged.
The product must not be Used.
Some things cannot be replaced, like:• Hygiene products,
• Feeding products,
• Personal care items
• Things that say "Non-Returnable"
• Strollers, swings, highchairs, cots and cribs if they have been put together or used.
Please check the product details before you buy something, so you do not have any problems.
O5. Processing Time
We try to deal with replacement requests within 7 days of getting the product
You must ask for a replacement on our website you cannot do it in a store.
O6.After Pickup
When we get the product back and check that it is okay:
We will send you a product or we will give you a refund if you should get one.

We only give refunds after:• We get the product back
• We check that it is okay.
O8.Refund Methods
We will give you a refund the way you paid for the product:• If you pay online, we will put the money back in your account
• If you pay cash, we will put the money in your bank account or UPI.
09. Refund Timeline
It takes us 3–7 working days to give you a refund after we say it is okay.
Please make sure your bank or UPI details are correct. Oink is not responsible if you give us details.
10.Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange a product, we will not give you a refund.
We will send you a product after we get the old one back.
If the new product costs more, you must pay the difference.
11. Final Note
When you buy something from our website you agree to follow our Return and Replacement Policy.
